A lightweight wallet for Chia, Arbor is now available on iOS and Android

Following the Emergent Coin, which released its wallet NuclearSimplified Payment Verification Chia (SPV) for quick access to the wallet, Digital Farming Initiative has launched a test version of its new solution called Arbor Wallet and launched it as a Discord bot. And now also as apps on Android and iOS.

During the whole month of September, the developers, using the Discord bot, tested the internal mechanism for receiving and sending Chia XCH. After a month of long painstaking work on the code, they present a light version of the Chia wallet for mobile platforms on iOS or Android.

Now you don’t need a PC to transfer funds and expect a long, resource-intensive synchronization of the Chia wallet to make the transfer. Download the Arbor Wallet wallet from Google Play or the App Store, launch and enter your mnemonic phrase of 12 words. If you have a 24-word key, you will have to create a new wallet.

The developers also shared with users the source code of the wallet, as well as documentation for working with the wallet via the api. You can read more information in the Discord group.
